Even with just one itinerary, it was still a crazy day.  There are no itineraries tomorrow or guests or speakers, so maybe some work can actually get done.  Had to get my haircut tonight so the evening was pretty much done before it started.  But it's only 10 days until the Quilt Expo - a whole day of fabric and color and my best friend, JK....  Mary

Extremely intense day with two different visitors with two different itineraries.  Got absolutely nothing useful done since I was jumping up every 10 minutes to make sure someone got to their next appointment with the next person.  Early to bed tonight....  Mary

The first layout of strips for the baby quilt.  A couple read as solids, but this is not an art quilt that will hang on the wall.  I like all the fabrics, and they will be just fine for napping on and drooling on and dragging out into the yard for picnics....  Mary

Gave my mother the floral quilt today.  She is going to show it off to her 90 year old friend who still quilts.  Tomorrow I start on the baby quilt for my niece, Molly....  Mary

Handily at my place of work there's a wall that is entirely covered by bulletin board material.  It made it very easy to hang and photograph the quilt....  Mary
